A Maryland man is going to trial in Cuba in March.
Alan Gross, 61, of Potomac, Md., is accused of spying and has been jailed in Havana for two years. His trial date was set for March 4, according to Cuban prosecutors. They are seeking a 20-year prison term.
Gross's family said he is not a spy.
He was distributing communications equipment for a contractor when he was arrested in 2009, Gross's family said.
