A man is in critical condition after a shooting early Saturday morning in Gaithersburg.
Police responded to the 1200 block of Knoll Mist Lane and found the man suffering from a gunshot wound.
Investigators say that the victim was in the house with two other people who were having an argument. Police say that one of the two men grabbed a gun and the two began to wrestle for it while the victim watched. After a period of this, officials say the gun went off, wounding the bystanding man.
It is not known exactly where the man was injured or what his relation was to the other two men. No information on the victim or suspect has been released in this case.
