Man Charged in Pizza Delivery Shooting

A man has been charged in connection with the shooting of a pizza deliveryman in south Baltimore over the weekend, authorities say.

Dayone Jackson, 20, has been charged with attempted murder and armed robbery. Authorities say the 26-year-old victim was shot in the stomach Saturday while delivering food to a residence in the 2500 block of Terra Firma Road in the Cherry Hill neighborhood.

The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment, the Baltimore Sun reports. His identity has not been released.
