Police say a man with a gun barricaded himself inside a Northeast D.C.barber shop Thursday afternoon.
The incident began just after 2:30 p.m. in the 1500 block of East Capitol Street NE and was resolved about an hour later.
East Capitol Street reopened just after 4 p.m. and Center City PCS released their students from a lockdown.
