Person Struck by Amtrak Train Near BWI

Expect delays on Amtrak between Baltimore and Washington Thursday afternoon.

Someone was struck by an Acela train three miles south of Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport at about 12:30 p.m.

The trespasser died. No one on the train was injured.

Amtrak restored service at 2:20 p.m.
