Police said they pulled over a man who smelled of alcohol and marijuana while driving with his children in the car.
Officers arrested Joshua Osterholt, 31, of Glen Burnie, Md., after he nearly hit a police cruiser on Route 648. When he was stopped, the officer detected the odor of alcohol and marijuana.
Osterholt failed a sobriety test. Police also found nearly $2,000 in marijuana in his vehicle.
The children who were in the care are now in the custody of their grandmother.
