Man Stole Government Car, Army Uniform From Military Career Center

A man broke into a military career center in Maryland and stole a car and a United States Army uniform, authorities say.

The theft happened at the U.S. Army Career Center in the 5400 block of St. Barnabas Road in Oxon Hill, Prince George's County police said. The department and the FBI's Baltimore Field Office are searching for the man they say stole a black, government-owned 2015 Hyundai Elantra, a dress uniform and other uniform items from the center shortly before 4 a.m. Thursday.

The car has government tags #G137282N, police said.

Police believe the suspect could be armed and may be headed to Fairfax County.
