Police say one man was seriously injured when he was stabbed near the intersection of 14th Street and Parkwood Place NW Friday evening.
Officials report the incident happened at approximately 9:40 p.m. The victim was transported to a local hospital with a serious cut to his neck but was conscious and breathing when crews arrived.
According to DC Fire's Twitter page, another person who was stabbed fled the scene.
Authorities believe the fight started on a Metrobus.
