Investigators are trying to find out who’s behind the deadly shooting of a man Friday night in Southeast D.C.

Police were called to the intersection of 13th Street and Good Hope Road shortly after 10 p.m. for a report of a man wounded by gunfire. Police told News4 a short time later that the victim, later identified as 22-year-old Dwayne Antonio Bryant of Southeast, had died of his injuries.

Officers could be seen going in and out of a nearby restaurant, however police have not said if there is a connection.

Police say they’re searching for a black male around 5’8” tall, who was wearing a black mask and all black clothing.

If you have any information, please contact the Metropolitan Police Department at (202) 727-9099. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
