Prince George’s County police are trying to figure out the motive behind a deadly shooting. A man was shot outside his own home in Riverdale.
Prince George’s County spokesman Cpl. Mike Rodriguez said officers were called to 61st Place around 10:15 p.m. Wednesday for a report of a shooting.
Police said officers arrived and found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds. Rescuers took him to the hospital where he died shortly after.
Rodriguez said homicide detectives were able to determine the man was sitting on his front porch when two other men walked up. One of the men shot the victim. His name has not been released.
Police have not said if they possibly identified the suspects involved in this deadly shooting.
