Police say a man robbed a bank in Glen Burnie after handing the teller a note that implied he was armed and demanded money.
Anne Arundel County police say the robbery occurred Saturday morning at the Bank of America on Mountain Road.
Police say the man stood in line waiting for the teller before handing her a folder with the demand note inside. Although the note implied he was armed, he did not display a handgun.
Police say the man fled on foot. Officers searched the area but didn't find him.
The man wore sunglasses and a baseball cap while inside the bank. He's believed to be in his 50s and 60s and has a long, gray and brown beard.
