Montgomery County police are searching for a 64-year-old man who disappeared from a Kensington nursing home.
Kennard Walker left the Kensington Nursing Center on McComas Avenue just before 5 p.m. Tuesday.
Police say Walker functions at the level of a 10-year-old, suffers from dementia and has other medical conditions that require monitoring.
Walker is 6 feet tall and weighs 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, a gray hooded sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.
Police say Walker may be familiar with public transportation.
Anyone with information about Walker's whereabouts is asked to call 911.
