The man gunned down in Oxon Hill, Md. Monday night has been identified.
Hudson Lal Bhagwat, 37, was shot to death, Prince George's County Police said in an update Tuesday.
Police responded about 8 p.m. to a report of a shooting on the 700 block of Maury Avenue. Bhagwat was found about a mile east, on the 1400 block of Iverson Street, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators are working to establish a suspect and motive. No one has been arrested.
