D.C. Police have identified a man who was shot to death in Southeast late Friday night.
Police were called to the 4600 block of Benning Road, Southeast shortly after 11 p.m. There they found 19-year-old Stephen Horsley of Northeast suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Horsley was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
