A man died Saturday morning after being stabbed in the leg Friday evening, according to Fairfax County police.
William Martines-Palma, 29, of Alexandria, Virginia, was found in the 5100 block of Celtic Drive in Alexandria around 8 p.m. Friday. He was transported to Inova Fairfax Hospital.
Police said he died early Saturday morning from the injury. Investigators are still searching for any witnesses or clues into the attack.
