D.C. police are investigating a fatal Sunday morning shooting in the Southeast part of the city.
Andre Jackson, 22, was found dead after the shots were reported about 2:15 a.m.
The man was found in a parking lot behind an apartment building in the 300 block of Ridge Road SE. Investigators were still on the scene well into the morning. After sunrise Sunday, they seemed to be focusing on a wooded area near the parking lot.
Police have not released information about possible suspects.
