Police have identified the man who was shot to death in Southwest Washington Saturday night.
Officers patrolling the area heard a gunshot just before 10 p.m. They found 20-year-old Kwaza Blue suffering from a gunshot wound on the 1300 block of First Street SW.
Blue was transported to an area hospital, where he later died.
No arrests have been made.
