Man Escapes Two-Alarm Row House Fire in Southeast D.C.

    A 50-year-old man managed to get out of a row house on fire in southeast D.C., but the home could be a complete loss.

    Firefighters had to evacuate the inside of the home in the 4400 block of C Street SE because of flames and smoke, and a second alarm was sounded.

    No injuries were reported.
