A District of Columbia man has been arrested in the Memorial Day slaying of a 15-year-old boy in northwest Washington.
Police said they arrested Eugene Antoine Kelly on Wednesday night on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder while armed.
The 26-year-old Kelly is accused in the death of Isaiah Harris, who was found shot and wounded Monday night in the 1400 block of New Jersey Avenue. A second teenager was also found shot, but has survived.
