Man Arrested after Allegedly Shooting Three

Prince William County police said they have arrested a man suspected of shooting three people outside of an apartment complex in Manassas.

Police said Justin Hunter Platt, 25, has been charged with aggravated malicious wounding and is being held without bond.

Police said officers arrived at a hospital just after 10 p.m. on Friday after receiving reports of shots fired in the area.

Police said a 27-year-old man suffered multiple gunshot wounds and a 49-year-old woman was treated for a non-life-threatening head wound. The third victim, a 17-year-old, suffered a gunshot wound to his knee.

Police said an investigation revealed that after getting into an argument outside of an apartment complex, Platt went into his house, retrieved a rifle and opened fire.

Police said Platt turned himself in on Saturday.
