Police in Prince George's County have arrested a 40-year-old man in connection with the death of another man in Riverdale earlier this week.
Kobina Ebo Abruquah, of the 6200 block of Kenilworth Avenue, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder Friday after being questioned by police in the death of Ivan Alvaro Aguirre-Herrera.
Aguirre-Hererra, also 40, was found dead in his home, also in the 6200 block of Kenilworth Avenue, shortly after 4 p.m. Wednesday. He had been fatally shot.
Detectives are continuing to investigate the case, as it is still not clear how long Aguirre-Hererra had been dead. Abruquah was remanded to Prince George's County's Department of Corrections, and is being held without bond.
