Man Pleads Guilty to Sexual Abuse of 9-Year-Old Girl

A 53-year-old Washington, D.C. man has admitted to sexually abusing a 9-year-old girl he drove to  federal facility where he worked.

According to his plea agreement, on Oct. 18, 2013, Kevin Robinson drove the victim and her parents to their home following a dentist appointment and dropped the girl's parents off. He then dropped the  remaining passengers off at his girlfriend's house and drove the victim to the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center in Greensbelt, Maryland.

Once in his office, Robinson told the girl to take off her clothes and bit her breast, breaking the skin and leaving a mark. He tried to have sex with her, the plea agreement continues, but the victim refused. The two went back to the car, and Robinson told the girl to preform oral sex, which investigators say she did.

When the victim returned home, she told her parents what happened and they called the police. A DNA analysis taken at the hospital identified the saliva on the girl's chest as Robinson's.

As a part of his guilty plea, Robinson has agreed to be sentenced to between 12 and 17 and half years in prison. He must also register as a sex offender.

He will be sentenced on Jan. 14, 2015.
