Police arrested a man accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a teenager in a park in Prince William County, Va.

A 16-year-old girl told police that an acquaintance, 36-year-old Sean David Thornton, sexually assaulted her multiple times between July and September. He would take her to a remote area of Andrew Leitch Park in Woodbridge and assault her, police said.

Police arrested Thornton Monday. He is charged with forcible sodomy and taking indecent liberties with a child and is being held without bond.
