Man Accused of Inappropriately Touching Minor at Arlington Cemetery Surrenders

The man whom the FBI said inappropriately touched a girl during a wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery on Memorial Day has surrendered to authorities.

The man, who has not yet been idenitified, self-surrendered in Fairfax County. No information about the surrender or any charges was immediately available.

The incident occurred about 11 a.m. Monday. The suspect repeatedly inappropriately touched the minor victim while the two stood in a crowd at the ceremony, according to an FBI poster sent out Wednesday.

The victim and the suspect did not know each other, the FBI said.
