A northern Virginia man is being held without bond following the death of his wife.
Derrick Wilson called police Tuesday to report that his wife stabbed herself at their home in Triangle. His wife, Joanna Lowe, was taken to a local hospital where she later died.
Investigators learned that her death was not a suicide but that Wilson stabbed her during an argument, police said.
Wilson is charged with first-degree murder and is being held without bond.
