Prince William County Police are searching for a 42-year-old man who disappeared Monday afternoon.
Jaja Rowe was last seen at about 3 p.m. in the area of the Lowes at Smoketown Plaza in Woodbridge. Investigators say Rowe may be in need of assistance, which qualifies him as an endangered adult.
Rowe is 6 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 340 pounds. He has brown dreadlocks and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a green and brown shirt, unknown colored pants, an unknown colored scarf around his head and light brown shoes. Police say Rowe may have a brown leather bag with him.
