Loudoun County Superintendent Announces Retirement

Loudoun County Public Schools Superintendent Edgar Hatrick announced Tuesday he will be retiring in June 2014.

The announcement was made during Tuesday's school board meeting. Hatrick has served as superintendent for 23 years and worked in the county for nearly 48.

In a letter, Hatrick said he and his wife plan on staying in the county after he retires.
