WINNER FEEDS HOMELESS

Gazette: " When Karen Garner of Germantown found out about California Tortilla's Cinco de Mayo catering giveaway, she immediately knew what she would do. "If there is something I can do to make another person's life brighter, if only for a day, then I would like to do so," Garner wrote.
