MANASSAS SEX SHOP ORDINANCE
Insidenova.com: "The Manassas City Council  entered the end game in regulating sexually-oriented businesses when it held its final public hearing on the matter Monday night. The council is also considering zoning amendments to regulate tattoo parlors, transient housing, sex offender treatment services, massage parlors and short term loan establishments along with an ordinance to define indecent exposure. MAYOR TO REPAY TOWN

Washington Post: "Brentwood Mayor Xzavier Montgomery-Wright said she has repaid all but $1,000 of more than $7,500 she allegedly withdrew on a town debit card she obtained and used to cover her personal expenses. And she said she has a new home days after being evicted. Montgomery-Wright spoke Monday night during a five-hour meeting of the Brentwood Town Council in which residents called for her arrest, asked her to step down and questioned her budget priorities."

TOURIST SEASON
Washington Examiner: "They dine at Old Ebbitt Grill and buy hot dogs from street vendors. They take Segway tours on the Mall, purchase stuffed panda bears from the National Zoo and buy "FBI" T-shirts.  But they also stand in the middle of the Metro escalators, blocking frenzied commuters as they rush to get to work on time. The region's love-hate relationship with tourists has kicked into high gear this week, as schools and families use spring break to visit the nation's capital."
