CREDIT CARD FRAUD BUST
Fredericksburg.com: "Two New York residents suspected in credit card fraud cases up and down the East Coast were arrested Saturday in Fredericksburg. The arrests took place outside the Target in Central Park, city police spokeswoman Natatia Bledsoe said. One of the suspects was charged with 38 offenses here, and the other was wanted by the Secret Service for other alleged fraud offenses." 

CHURCH MAY PROVIDE PARKING
Insidenova.com: " Potomac Mills mall officially reduced commuter parking at its lot to 275 spots Monday, leaving many area commuters looking for a place to park. But relief could soon be on the way.Tom Blaser, director of the Prince William County transportation department, said Monday that county officials are trying to lease 300 to 400 spaces from the First Baptist Church of Woodbridge to provide a central parking location for some of the 700 displaced commuters."

PROHIBITING READING TEXTS WHILE DRIVING
Frederick News Post/AP: "Maryland residents are prohibited from writing text messages while driving. Now, lawmakers say it’s time for them to stop reading them. A House of Delegates committee will hold a hearing Tuesday on legislation that would prohibit a driver from reading a text message or e-mail while driving. The measure went before lawmakers last year, but differences between the House and Senate were not worked out, and the bill failed to pass."
