Last Day to Drive the ICC for Free

The 18-mile stretch connects Interstate 370 and Interstate 95

Sunday is your last chance to drive on the Intercounty Connector without paying.

The new part of the all-electronic toll road in Maryland will begin charging drivers on Monday.

The newest 10.4-mile-long section opened two weeks ago and connects I-370 in Gaithersburg to I-95 in Laurel, allowing drivers to get one from one location to the other without getting off the highway.

During peak hours, it will cost 25 cents a mile, or four dollars, to drive the entire length of the I.C.C.
