A Herndon karate instructor was arrested Wednesday for sexually assaulting a young student, police said.
Han Tak, 30, was charged with taking indecent liberties with a minor. He is accused of touching a juvenile karate student inappropriately.
Tak is an instructor at Fox Mill Tae Kwon Do.
