Four teenagers were killed in a multiple shooting on South Capital Street in southeast D.C. on March 30, 2010.

The trial has begun for five men accused in one of the most notorious crimes in D.C. history.

Nine people were shot in a drive-by shooting on South Capitol Street in Southeast in March 2010. Four died.

Six others were hurt in a series of related violent attacks within eight days of each other.

Each of those charged in the shootings faces a life sentence without the possibility of parole.
