The 2016 NBC4 Health & Fitness Expo will be held on Jan. 9 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Jan. 10 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, 801 Mt Vernon Place in northwest D.C.
