D.C. councilman Jim Graham has formally launched his 2010 re-election campaign. "There is more work to be done," wrote Graham in an e-mail to supporters.
The annoucement was coupled with the launch of his campaign Web site.
Graham represents Ward 1. He was first elected to the D.C. council in 1998 and was re-elected to a third term in 2006 with 86 percent of the vote in the Democratic primary and 97 percent of the vote in the general election.
