Man shows girl obscene photo on iPhone

ARLINGTON, Va. -- A middle school student was walking to school Wednesday morning when a man flashed an obscene photograph at her, according to the Arlington County Police Department.
The girl was walking in the 3800 block of North Tazewell Street at about 8:30 a.m. when a man started talking to her and then showed her the picture on his iPhone, police said.
The girl fled and reported the incident to her family and police.
Police described the iFlasher as a white Hispanic man in his early 30s with a noticeable accent, short curly black hair and medium build.
