The youngest victim of the Potomac River Rapist hopes he spends the rest of his life in prison and says she’ll do whatever she can to help make that happen.
Kelly was 18 years old in September 1991 when she was attacked while babysitting three children at a home in Germantown, Maryland.
A man threw a blanket over her head, tied her up and assaulted her. She never saw the face of her attacker.
Suspect Giles Warrick, 60, was arrested in South Carolina.
“For me to look at that mug shot, I see evil,” Kelly said.
Warrick is awaiting extradition to D.C., charged with killing 29-year-old Christine Mirzayan in 1998 in Georgetown. He’s believed to have raped at least nine women in Montgomery County and D.C. between 1991 and 1998.

“If the opportunity is there, then yes, I will be there in the courtroom and I will let him see that he hasn’t taken my life from me and that I am still the strong woman that I always have been,” Kelly said.
“I’ll do whatever I have to do to make sure that he pays for the crimes that he committed,” she added.
