An overturned vehicle on southbound Interstate 95 in Fairfax County, Va., caused major traffic issues Friday afternoon.
The accident was just before the Fairfax County Parkway. Virginia State Police reported all lanes closed in that area.
Traffic was backed up about 2 miles.
