Maximiliano Vasquez Munoz was arrested shortly after 7:30 p.m. at his home in the 5800 block of Maryhurst Drive. Hyattsville Police enlisted the help of the Prince George's County Emergency Response Team after Munoz initially refused to open his door and come outside.

Eventually, Hyattsville Police entered the house and arrested Munoz, recovering a loaded .45-caliber  Tauras handgun. He was taken to a local hospital to be evaluated, and police say he will be charged once he is released.
