Howard County Police released video and photos of a robbery in a Columbia, Md., 7-Eleven and are offering a reward up to $500 for information.

The robbery took place shortly before 2:35 a.m. Friday in the 7500 block of Columbia Road.

Police report a male suspect walked into the 7-Eleven wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, white gloves, a black ski-mask and carried a handgun.

The suspect ordered an employee to empty the register. Another employee was also confronted and then the suspect fled.

The robbery suspect is described as a male of unknown race, approximately 5-foot-7 and 130-140 pounds.

Police ask anyone with information to call 410-313-STOP. Callers may remain anonymous.
