Prince William County police are looking for two men who broke into a house and stole a woman's necklace right off her neck in Haymarket.
Investigators say the incident occurred just after 9 a.m. Monday in the 6000 block of Popes Creek Place, when two men broke into a townhouse right after the victim's husband had left. Police say that the robbers grabbed the necklace the woman was wearing before fleeing the premises.
The search for the suspects is ongoing, but police do not believe that the larger Haymarket community is in danger. Investigators believe that the two men may have been known to the victim or her husband.
