News4 viewers sent in harrowing video of a dangerous chase Sunday down Interstate 95.
Kenny and Patty Congleton were traveling to Potomac Mills Mall Sunday with their two young sons when they saw a van hit a white pickup truck with an older couple.
Kenny told News4 he then decided to trail the van, eventually calling 911 and recording the chase.
"I know they were going over 100 miles per hour, the police started coming from every direction," his wife said. "A cop was behind him. He locked the brakes, then hit another cop. We were shocked."
The teen driver eventually lost control and flipped over. Police have not said whether any charges have been pressed.
