For the past 20 years, NBC4's Health & Fitness Expo has offered the latest health and fitness information from hundreds of experts, exhibits, and demonstrations.
This year's expo will take on an additional focus: Mental health.
Throughout 2014, NBC has shined light on mental health issues by providing education and awareness to various mental health issues.
The 2015 expo will feature a "Changing Minds" pavilion that will provide information and education on mental health. Stay with NBC4 as we reveal the community groups and mental health providers who will join us at the Expo!
The Expo will be held Jan. 10-11 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. Admission is FREE. More information can be found here.
