Green/Yellow Line Delays Due to Smoke

Normal service has been reestablished on the Green and Yellow lines after single-tracking between the L'Enfant Plaza and Mt. Vernon Square Metro stations Friday evening.

Single-tracking was due to unscheduled track work because of smoke at L'Enfant.

The fire department went to the station.

Green and Yellow line riders can experienced delays in both directions.
