Massive Deli Food Recall

Better check that macaroni salad in the fridge: tens of thousands of pounds of deli foods are being recalled for possible listeria contamination.

The foods were sold under more than 20 different brand names at stores like Target, Safeway, Walmart and Giant. The products come pre-packaged and are also sold behind the deli counter.

All of the foods originate from a manufacturing facility in Kansas. The maker of the products, Reser's Fine Foods tells News4 that the foods were shipped to stores in Maryland and Virginia.

No illnesses have been reported so far, but listeria can be potentially deadly.
