Fugitive Spotted at Tysons Corner: Police

Man escaped capture over weekend

Fairfax County police want the public's help finding fugitive Todd Michael Corrado.

The 39-year-old has escaped many times from police agencies in the area this past year.

On Saturday , Corrado was spotted at  the Barnes & Noble Bookstore in the Tysons Corner Mall about 12:30 p.m., police said. Police chased Corrado on foot through the mall to the upper level parking garage. At the loading docks near a service entrance, Corrado managed to get away from police. 

There are warrants for his arrest for felony larceny, felony speed to elude, resisting arrest, assault on a police officer, DWI, burglary and auto theft, as well as numerous drug and other charges.

Police described Corrado him as armed and dangerous. He is often seen in the Tysons Corner, Annandale and Alexandria areas of Fairfax County, police said.

There is a reward for his capture.
