An area Grinch is trying to redeem himself this holiday season.

Surveillance video shows a man crossing a lawn and removing the arms from a Frosty the Snowman lawn ornament near Baltimore. But apparently, the man's heart grew three sizes, and he returned the arms to the homeowner.

The homeowner says he's happy to have a complete Frosty and isn't planning on filing charges.
