Fourth Suspect Arrested in Sterling, Va. Robberies

Police say a fourth suspect has been arrested in connection with two armed robberies in Sterling, Va. last weekend.

According to officials, the first robbery occurred just before 1 a.m in the area of Sanderson Drive. A victim was robbed at gunpoint while exiting his vehicle. Four suspects, described as black men, got away with the victim's backpack, laptop, smart phone and wallet.

The next robbery was reported in the 46000 block of Shaw Road. Two individuals were walking when two men exited a car, showed a gun and demanded their belongings. They got away with the victims' smart phones.

Police pulled over the suspect vehicle, and the four men ran from the scene. Three individuals were arrested that evening and fourth was apprehended Monday.

Idris Zikria-Showers, 19, of Gainesville, a 16-year-old from Manassas, a 15-year-old from Manassas and a 17-year-old from Prince George's County have been arrested.
