Fire Crews Battle 4-Alarm Fire at Baltimore Church

Fire officials say a four-alarm fire that burned for hours at a northeast Baltimore church has been controlled.

Fire crews were called to the Northwood-Appold United Methodist Church in the 4400 block of Loch Raven Boulevard at 3:23 a.m. Flames could be seen shooting through the roof of the church.

Officials say the fire also spread to a school attached to the church.

No injuries have been reported.

There's no word on what started the fire.
