Weather Alert: Sticky Heat With Afternoon Storms on Father's Day

Storm chances peak between 2-7 p.m.

After a hot and sticky Father's Day, the chance for storms is possible overnight, with a chance for rain on Monday morning.

Temperatures reached highs right around 90 degrees on Sunday and some parts of the region saw rain.

Monday afternoon to evening has about a 60 percent chance of rain or storms. Rain and storm chances stick around through the work week.

High temps in the upper-80s to low 90s are expected on Monday and Tuesday.

There's a chance for rain and storms every day until Thursday, at least.
